Meet The Family
Noah
Noah is our youngest apprentice barber and a motivated rising talent at Fellow Barber Co. He brings focus, discipline, and plenty of laughter into the shop every day. Noah is passionate about growing in the barber industry and is currently being mentored by barbers with a combined 45+ years of experience. He specializes in clean tapers and is committed to learning the details that make a great cut. Outside the shop, Noah enjoys working out, sports, and spending time with family.
Crispin
Crispin is a Sarasota local with over 30 years in the community. A dedicated husband and father of two, he’s known as a dependable, consistent barber who takes pride in his work. With 5+ years of experience, Crispin brings detail and precision to every cut and specializes in beard work. When he’s not behind the chair, he enjoys skateboarding and music.
Joey
Joey is a seasoned barber with over 22 years of experience and more than 30 years in Sarasota. A husband and father of four, he serves as the Lead Barber at Fellow Barber Co., bringing steady leadership and a deep understanding of the craft to the shop. Joey enjoys sports, spending time with family, and serving his local church. In his chair, clients can expect a quality cut and a relaxed, genuine conversation.
Jonathan
Jonathan is the owner of Fellow Barber Co. With over 18 years behind the chair and more than 12 years of building and leading businesses, his calling has always gone beyond barbering itself. He believes his work is ultimately about serving God by serving people—creating spaces where individuals feel valued, encouraged, and cared for.
At 21, Jonathan opened his first brick-and-mortar shop, Loyalty Barber Shop VII, which grew to serve nearly 100 clients a day and generate close to a million dollars annually. That journey shaped both his leadership and his faith, teaching him that when people are genuinely cared for, growth follows naturally. Those lessons continue to guide how he leads today.
Faith is at the center of everything Jonathan does. He believes God has entrusted him with a platform—not just to cut hair, but to build relationships, speak life into others, and lead with integrity and humility. Barbering, for him, is a ministry as much as it is a profession, and the shop is meant to be a place where people can feel seen, respected, and uplifted.
